A cozy twist on two classics—sweet cinnamon dough filled with warm apple pie filling, swirled to perfection and baked until golden. Perfect for anytime you crave a little comfort.
Ingredients:
2 cans (21 ounces each) apple pie filling
2 cans (17 ½ ounces each) large refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
Confectioners’ sugar (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 °. Place pie filling into greased 13”x9” baking dish. Top with pieces of cinnamon roll, chopped up. Stir gently to mix.
Bake 50 – 55 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are cooked through. Once they are brown (about 20 minutes) cover with foil for remainder of baking so they don’t burn.
Drizzle icing on top. Serve warm.
If desired, garnish with confectioners’ sugar.
