This is one of my personal favorites. This dressing is sure to delight any guests you have and trick them into thinking you are really a gourmet chef in disguise.
½ cup finely ground Romano Cheese
1 pint salad olive oil
2 Lemons juiced
3 garlic cloves juiced
Shake all ingredients in a quart jar. The Dressing will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator. Toss with a salad of your favorite toppings and greens.
